Hey, so in the AoD remastered version do you think they are going to include that Shaman cutscene? I would hope so considering it would help people understand some of the story better. What do you think?
It would be nice to have it included, but it doesn't really link to anything happening in the final version of the game. Lara doesn't even have that scarab amulet on her. It would be just that cutscene in the middle of the game, or at the point they considered it would be nice to include it, but the result is the same whether it's included or not: it doesn't affect the final result at all.
They even removed that line of Lara admitting that among all the terrors haunting her in the present world, was Egypt and Werner's murder. Egypt has been removed due to the undevelopment and incompletion of TRAOD, so Putai's cutscene doesn't fit anywhere. It's a shame.
But yes, ultimately, they can do it, and make it look good. Another reason to play it, even as if Easter egg or... mere curiosity.
