Yesterday I made some Seri Muka and shared it with friends and neighbors. I hope they all love it.

I use more pandan leaves to make the custard and do not require green coloring. Also, the Seri Muka was covered with aluminum foil while steaming to avoid water droplets from damaging the surface.
