She can't help but think of Abigail as sort of a mother figure to her - something she didn't really have,John Kramer literally raised Scout, that was all she had until Amanda Young came and she saw her as more of an older sister even if she didn't fully trust her,she confided in Amanda a lot, often asking her things when she was a teenager and not having a woman around to ask,it was something she could only ask Amanda, that's how it was until she lost her too. She sighs, fighting off the depressing thoughts of people she's lost, she can't keep dwelling on it yet here she is and she wonders if Abigail can tell she's not over John's death.
She listens, biting her lower lip to the point where she thinks she might draw blood but it wouldn't matter, pain seemed to be the only thing keeping her here and not only on herself, but to those who deserved it too - it was a rush to put these people in their place and get them to open their eyes,by whatever means to do necessary and John's games did just that. The arm over her shoulder had made her flinch and she mentally smacks herself but speaks up at her response nonetheless.
❝I hope you're right,Abs. Nothing brings me any joy besides seeing these fuckers get what's coming to them. God I'm fucked, aren't I?❞
