‘ o i ! what am i ‘sposed ta do after nearly chokin’ ta deat’ on a chicken MCNUGGET? ‘m i ‘sposed ta just go on ‘bout my merry little life? no! my life is in jeopardy every single time i eat m’ f a v o r i t e food, sheamus! ’ she waved her arms around dramatically, as if she were incredibly serious about this. kiernan DID have a knack for the theatrical elements of life.

★┊ ❝ @spiritedwarriors ❞ liked for a starter. (for Sheamoose!)┊
“Well, since we’re in the second day of the new year, is it too late to...ask for...a kiss?” Her teeth showed in a nervous grin, hoping she wasn’t annoying him or pressing her luck.
@spiritedwarriors didn’t like for a 2nd starter but this is for sheamoose !!
“Lemme get this straight; it’s okay for you to have a bunch of women friends that yer always flirtin’ with and shit, but you have a bitch fit any time I’m near Danielle? Lookin’ like a hypocrite there, Big Red.”

For as long as Sheamus could remember , his ‘ inner voice ‘ had always been a woman’s. He had never questioned it before , until his parents had sat him down and told him. ‘ That’s your soulmate’s voice. The person you’ll spend your life with. ‘ A nerve-wrecking thought for a lot more than just that. But because her accent was not Irish and he was in Ireland. How would he meet her? When would he meet her? It felt like it’d never happen , like life would never match up. … And then he had joined the wrestling world. A big world that took him all over the place and yet , still , he did not hear the sweet voice he had learned to live with.
And then … he heard it. She was behind him , speaking away to other people that he didn’t even bother to pay attention to. She spoke and he’d repeat the words in his head , listening to the exact copy. He turned rapidly , eyes looking around to try and identify who that was. “ Who ——- Who just spoke? “ He asked , not even caring if he sounded like an impulsive person. “ I —— I’m sorry , I just need t’know who spoke right now. “
Some aspects of the world they lived in still felt rather magical to Sasha -- hearing every word your soulmate spoke in your mind, for example, was such a thing. Most people just accepted it, normalized it, shrugged it off by sayings like ‘it’s always been like that’; yet for her, it was something utterly fascinating. A large part of her childhood had been spent with questioning every family member, ever person she’d known, about this very thing. ( ‘ was it always the right voice? were they ever wrong? could you understand the voice even if they were, i don’t know, indian? what if i never meet this voice ?? ‘ ) One of the main reasons for her interest was the fact that her ‘soulmate’ had a strange accent -- she later figured out it was Irish -- & always sounded more mature than herself. Over time though, as she’d grown used to the man in her head, Sasha succeeded in stopping to worry too much about it.
It wasn’t long after she’d started her wrestling training at CW that she laid eyes on her chosen soulmate -- accidentally. She wouldn’t even have noticed if her friend hadn’t turned the tv volume up while being at the gym. They’d been watching Raw while working out, joking about how one day that was gonna be them; and just as Sasha was about to pack her things and call it a day, she’d heard him . . . And a millisecond afterwards the echo in her head. Turned out he was called Sheamus, a wrestler himself, and fucking handsome. How ironic was that?
Her path to the wrestling company he worked at was hard, but worth it. Because not only would she at some point be able to meet him, but she’d also work at her dream job -- and that might was even more important to Sasha than meeting her soulmate. Which is why she’d become rather chill with this entire subject, and didn’t actively look out for him once she’d arrived. Instead, she worked on herself, and her own carreer. ( she was too nervous to talk to him, that was the only reason. ) Every now and then she passed him, unseen to him, with knots in her stomach. But nothing ever happened. Until -- Well, until HE heard her. For the first time, as it seems. ❛ Fuck, ❜ she mumbled, staring wide-eyed at Bayley, before she tried to pull herself together and turned around. ❛ That was -- Uhm, I guess that was me. ❜
