@pvrfervid | send “i don’t love you” for my muse’s reaction
it was like as soon jeanny thought things between them were looking better, it just had to go downhill again. words that were painful to hear spilled from the male in front of her, as if it was nothing, yet she couldn’t say she was surprised. it had become awfully clear that her life wasn’t a fairy tale and she didn’t believe in happy endings anymore. this was the real world, where people actually got hurt and now she was one of them. after all, she did undeniably love him. “right. why would you.” she mumbled rhetorically, before taking a deep breath to keep herself together and to not to show him how much this was actually doing to her. it just wasn’t fair. one second he came to find her while he was on the verge of dying and the next he was breaking her heart for no reason. how was she supposed to keep up with him like this? “so then, that’s it? you’re just gonna push me away again?” she asked him with a slight tremble in her voice, all because she was afraid to lose him. the truth was that she didn’t know whether she should believe him or not. maybe it was better if he didn’t love her, no matter how much it would hurt, but he had also told her otherwise. “i don’t get it. what are you so afraid of?”
