#PWRBLD week 50 - last one before the deload & I better not be wrong this time😭 Weight budged a little finally after the macro cut last week, hit a new low but haven't seen it since as it has bounced back & forth. Seems to be where it really starts fighting. Currently battling whether to cut for another cycle after this coming week's diet break or pull the trigger on the gaining phase I've been patiently waiting on. I'm still not comfortable with my composition, esp my stomach which was not so much the case the last time I cut. I don't want to accept this as the best it's gonna be as far as a general walking-around state heading into a building phase, but I'm also weighing the aspect of the future & how long I wanna wait to get there. /existentialdread whatever here's the clips × LB squits ft. the morning cleaning crew hype... first venture back under the bar with the tattoo - still not quite healed so the solution was wearing a hoodie for all 3 sets to protecc & sweating my absolute ass off. × Binch lotsa reps × Decline × Incline + drop × Deficit didlifts & @js.aesthetics making more than enough noise × Rack pulls × DB rows - I think I've honed my weight-bearing technique here... same side foot forward to discourage spinal rotation, AND all my weight in that foot, with only my back toes on the ground. Really keeps the pull strict by not allowing body weight to shift back at all. × After hearing @nunez3dmj talk about it one thousand times I decided to try out some myoreps on some of my accessories, & this happened to be my v first one. I am a fan & am now doing it on a lot of stuff.
