“ Who are you calling little man? ” Lio murmured, though he didn’t seem to be offended in the slightest. If anything he had a few tricks up his sleeve when it came to lifting the much larger male. While he didn’t seem physically capable on his own, he did have a bit of a special power to use to his advantage.

Just as Galo stood up and pulled his arms out, Lio immediately snaps his fingers, a whirl of pink and yellowish flames cloaking his smaller figure as he geared up in his Burnish armor, immediately towering over the blue haired man before carefully reaching down to pick Galo up.

“ Whose the little man now? ” Lio couldn’t help but to tease a bit, a smug smile hidden behind his visor as he lifted Galo with ease.

Lio had followed Galo home, he couldn’t really remember why. He and his generals were staying at a shelter currently with a lot of the other Burnish. Ignis had offered them jobs at Burning Rescue however once things had settled down a bit. It had been a few months since they had all lost their Promare and Kray’s plan.

Lio didn’t like to be surprised when others touched him, that was his only thing. And he had his reasons for it. However, he wanted this and could see what Galo was doing, so he was fine on that regard. Those he was close with, like Meis and Gueira, he didn’t really feel such a need with. He could see getting there with Galo though.

He just felt out of sorts lately, didn’t really know why. Hence the request for well this now hug from his friend. What he didn’t expect was to be called “kiddo”. Lio was twenty-one, and yes he may look much younger be he was definitely not a kid or kiddo by any means. “Don’t call me that...” His voice quiet but demanding.

His gloved hands wrapped around his friend and hung onto the shirt that Galo was wearing for some reason? Lio wasn’t used to the blue haired idiot wearing a shirt of all things. The Burnish leader on the other hand was still clad in all his pleather. And yet, he still shivered from being cold. It was apparently a thing now. He got cold all the time and couldn’t find a way to make it any better.

The Ex Burnish found himself drifting with fatigue on his way to the lounge after a long night of restless sleep. Unaware of his surroundings, he found himself suddenly colliding with a tall, muscular figure which immediately caused the small blonde to stagger back just slightly upon impact. After blinking the tiredness from his eyes, reality slowly settled in when Lio finally realized that the tall figure he had just bumped into moments ago was indeed Galo as they were locked in eye contact. 

Just as he was about to say something in response to the other man, he was suddenly greeted with the warmth of a gentle hand placed upon his forehead, something that caught him completely by surprised, but it was to be expected from a man who cared so deeply for his friends. 

" I'm fine.. " Lio responded, rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he continued with a murmur. “ Maybe a cup of coffee will help me wake up a bit..  “

Lio definitely doesn’t like his feet or face to be touched, though it also depends entirely on the type of situation he’s in (like if he’s getting massage or something relevant that requires someone to touch him in those areas)

In general Lio isn’t someone whose all too comfortable with letting anyone give him physical contact, but with someone closer to him he’ll allow simple platonic touches/gestures. Pinching his cheeks or tickling his feet is clearly misdemeanor and Lio will not be pleased lol

    “Oh?”  Light footsteps paused as he turned toward the other.  Pale fingers reach out, closing around the little offering.  Right, Valentine’s.  That ridiculous holiday full of red hearts and chocolates.  He’d never paid it much heed before, other than to scoff about it.  But to get something from someone as earnest as Galo... It was kind of endearing.

     “... Thank you.  I’ve... never gotten a Valentine’s gift before.”  Well, now he’d have to return the favor.

“You started it, Thymos.” Lio was only now retaliating back against Galo. It was only fair. His hands were moving over Galo’s sides and stomach frantically--trying to tickle Galo. “Besides you’re avoiding the subject. We have to talk about this. About us! We can’t keep dancing around the subject.” Lio had been very tired when they last discussed this. Also, they never really said for sure what they were doing. “Are we going to start dating or not?” Thus, he continued to try and tickle Galo.

Lio had been changing back in Galo’s room, planning to stay over tonight. He jumped a bit when he felt a hand on his back, but calmed once he realized it was just Galo. “Sorry. Didn’t hear you.” Lio had always been like this. He much preferred being able to see who was touching him and was more comfortable with it with those he trusted. Galo fit into those categories, but he still preferred to see what was happening. Though, he hadn’t actually told him that yet. 

Smirking, he glanced back at Galo. “Like what you see?” Using his un-gloved hand, he guided Galo’s hand across his back and side (where his dragon tattoo was at). “Well, what are you thinking?” Leaning back against Galo, he continued. “You don’t get to see me shirtless as often as you.”

  @pyrefcrged There was a sleepover party at the Burning Rescue HQ much against Ignis’ wants, but it felt like that it was always her and Galo to be the last ones to sleep. Resting her head on the other’s lap, she was staring up at the high ceiling of the building and sighed. “Y’know, I really miss the Promare. It feels like a part of me is missing now.” she said. “Well, I’m going to try to sleep now.” she said turning to her side. “Good night Galo!”  “Night. Sleep well Ani.” he replied back pulling a blanket over her small frame.
