It wasn’t until hours after the structure had been built that the stone marking began to hum. A low sound that was easily lost on the wind.
There in the darkness, if one looked hard enough or even cared to pay attention, they could see light. Light that took the form of a kneeling man in the dirt, the only thing keeping him from sinking down the packed dirt lacking a coffin under him.
Pyro let out harsh breathes, eyes darting from his transparent skin to the water around him. The feeling of tears ran down his face but did not drop to the ground below, dissipating the instant they left his body.
It must’ve been minutes he sat there, staring down at himself, pleads on the tip of his tongue for a woman no longer beating into him. Where was he..? Looking up proper this time Pyro could see he was next to the obelisk in Oakhurst, turning behind him there was a gravestone.
His, gravestone. His name written on a sign that was carefully hung on a stone cross. At the base of it, undisturbed dirt and a single rose.
Pyro moved slowly to pick it up but instead of coming into contact with the stem and wrapping around it, his fingers phased through, the only thing to show for it the flower nudging to the side, something easily explained away as the wind.
It was then that Pyro let out a single broken noise, he was dead. He was dead and someone mourned him and he was surrounded by water.

“Hellbound” is an AU where instead of Scott leaving Oakhurst, he’s bound there by a mysterious force, unable to leave while everyone else gets to due to a deal he made with a powerful magic user years before he had been put to sleep. It keeps him immortal, but only within the bounds of Oakhurst.
Pyro on the other side of things is suddenly brought back to Oakhurst as ghost when Scott makes him a grave. He too is stuck, tied to the place of his final death, and is not particularly happy with this turn of events
or with the company he’s been forced to keep.

Pyro
- Pyro is… frankly a little obsessed with Scott. It’s a mixture of fear, respect, and love. It is not healthy in any capacity and as much as I love toxic yaoi, do not take his obsessions as real life examples
- However, with Scott and ep 7 onwards, he is becoming more confident in himself and less afraid of Scott. I still think they are so toxic and yaoi but the dynamic has shifted. I play him almost as a willing guard dog at this point, he is kept on a short leash that he’s grown teeth sharp enough to bite through.
- He’s in his early 20s and a very bitter man. He holds grudges that stay until they are made up for or manipulated out of him (cough cough vamprism)
- Has mostly made up his mind about his future as a vampire, strictly does not want a cure and will respond with anger if pushed on the fact
- Doesn’t take lightly to insults to his coven
- Is just a silly little guy sometimes.. he waxes poetry because he’s a college student who went to the place with the most rumored curses to write his thesis. Come on.
- He loves his friends and cherishes the relationships he has as they are not something he’s very used to.
- Slowly taking back his agency the more power he grows
- also with ep 7 out he will be referring to Scott less as Sire now except in very few circumstances you have to solve my 3 riddles to find

as the roleplayer, i do have a few boundaries, unlike my apo blog, i don’t mind any and all ships with Pyro (though i adore majorscythe mainly) (and firelocke has been growing on me…) and you have free permission to act romantically towards him :) u can always ask if unsure though
i am however an adult! i will not romantically pair our characters if you are 15 and younger, im not against interacting with you at all, would just really prefer things stay at a comfortable level. this also goes for sexual jokes or innuendos, regardless of if it's a joke i really do not want to talk about that with people so much younger than me, ty for understanding
note: !! i am not against nsfw rp but it must be properly communicated, contained in dms, and you have to be at least 18.
and lastly i would prefer a warning if you ever want to go a super dark direction with our characters! i enjoy psych horror and exploration on mental health/toxic relationships etc but would still want to be told first in heavier contexts
