Worn out structures surround Eiden as he climbs over fallen piles of paper and dead scattered screens. What must have once been a study room or someone's office, maybe even command central - it was hard to tell for sure with how it was now - was now but a graveyard for all sorts appliances, futuristic sort.
Eiden lifts one of the papers, dusting it off. The unrecognizable writing of a language he doesn't recall seeing only earns a raise of an eyebrow before it falls back down to the ground.
Eiden bends down to check an old vending machine when he hears a sound. He heard one before, louder and far heavier which is how he ended up here, running. Whatever it might have been Eiden doesn't know if he wants to find out.
As soon as he turns to look a sigh of relief leaves him.
" ... you know, you kind of fit right into the setting. "
