8/24/23: The Return of the missing q!Quackity

 

So Spanish Quesadilla islander, q!Quackity, has gone missing for a few weeks!

The last we saw of him, he was to attend a birthday party for Richarlyson.

q!Quackity was led to The Federation and dropped into a pool by another person named q!ElQuackity, his twin. q!Quackity would lose consciousness and q!ElQuackity would take his place during the Presidential Election.

We are greeted by him waking up underwater, swimming to the surface and gasping for air in a pool somewhere unknown within The Federation. He looks around lost and confused, unsure of how to escape the pool. From a door to the far side of the room, Cucurucho greets him. The white bear gives robotic orders, asking him at gunpoint to exit the pool and follow him. Down hallways of brightly lit rows of doors, q!Quackity is led into a lab. A series of tests are then performed; physical, written, and knowledge exams are given. Since waking up, q!Quackity has spoken no English. He understands Cucurucho via translator, but only asks questions and replies in Spanish to Cucurucho. We learn that q!Quackity cannot read or write anymore and retains no memories of the eggs nor other islanders.

He is shown a series of images, tasked to tell Cucurucho what he sees. He is first shown the Duck, Mr. [REDACTED], which q!Quackity feels anxious and shows fear toward the image. He is also shown Cucurucho, who he is familiar with and makes light comments. The final image he is shown is a photo of his egg, Tilín, holding a gun; where q!Quackity acknowledges the gun with no recognition of Tilín. With tests done, he is set free to reside on the island once more.

He now wanders, being guided by those worried for his disappearance and slowly relearning the names and faces of those he once knew.
