Yes but you know the rule in twd universe: if we didn’t see them die on screen, they’re not dead.
Alicia and Luci said she didn’t make it out of the stadium which only means they didn’t see her after fleeing the stadium. But Naomi could’ve gotten out via another way and left on her own. Way too much story left to tell with her and John
