albedo.
where albedo is reserved and silent, you are bold and talkative. you seem to make friendships so easily, something that albedo envies slightly, as he finds maintaining relationships troublesome. you're a huge bundle of fun, and you always seem to find yourself surrounded by people eager to talk to you. albedo finds it amazing, and often studies your mannerisms and wonders which variable it is about you that makes everyone so attracted to you. not that he knows either, for you've got him wrapped around your little finger.
albedo generally prefers to work in quiet, in the peace of dragonspine where few people dare to venture. however, when you return from your commissions, or your latest adventure, he's always ready to listen to you talk for hours about everything you saw on your trip. if ever you fear that you're annoying or interrupting him, he'll instantly reassure you that you aren't, and encourage you to continue. albedo finds it entertaining to see the world of teyvat from your point of view, and he likes listening to you speak - your voice is like music to his ears.
another thing is that albedo loves hearing you laugh. he says that the sound of your laughter boosts the success rate of his experiments, but really he just he finds it the cutest thing in the world, and he is constantly looking for new ways to make you giggle. albedo even researched the funniest jokes, and conducted an investigation in mondstadt to see what the public found hilarious. you found out about this, obviously, but decided not to spoil his surprise. the day he told you his first joke, he was literally so proud,,, please please laugh. if you found it funny, albedo will definitely note it down somewhere until he has a whole notebook filled with things you laugh at that he whips out whenever you're sad. he's trying his best </3
albedo admires how you live in the moment, always ready to try new things and with a smile on your face almost all the time. he can sort of relate to it, but at the same time feels so distant from it. sure, his interests can switch up at the drop of a hat, but he also spends hours upon hours planning his experiments and explorations. he just prays that you don't get hurt while making rash decisions in the spur of the moment, but he trusts your judgement, and will support you through anything.
chongyun.
you and chongyun are polar opposites, and it's no surprise that xingqiu was the one who introduced you two. although chongyun was slightly nervous around you at first because your spunky personality reminded him of how he gets when he flares up, you both hit it off very quickly. chongyun supposes the age old statement 'opposites attract' is true.
although you aren't as much of a mischief maker as xingqiu, you do enjoy teasing your shy boyfriend, especially about when he gets heated up. he'll usually flush as red as a cherry, a stark contrast to his baby blue hair, and hide his face in your shoulder while scolding you to stop. of course, you do, because you can't resist your adorable boyfriend.
you insist on coming along on all of chongyun's exorcisms, and the budding exorcist can't help but smile at your enthusiasm and squeeze your hand tighter as you travel to whichever haunted house he has planned for the day. even if his excessive positive energy scares off every spirit in range, he still feels nervousness rush through him when you dash ahead excitedly into the supposedly haunted area without a trace of caution.
chongyun doesn't speak much, but he is an amazing listener, who listens to everything you have to say while nodding and offering responses whenever needed. xingqiu overdramatically cries about how you're stealing his best friend, but secretly tells you that he's never seen chongyun 'warm up' to someone this fast, and the only other person the boy speaks to as much is xingqiu.
chongyun prefers to plan out his days and utilise every spare second productively, but it's almost as if all this is swept out the window when he starts dating you. suddenly, he's being dragged along - not unwillingly - all over teyvat and fighting hordes of hilichurls, stargazing at midnight when he should be sleeping, and stealing kisses when he should be training. chongyun doesn't dislike this though, rather he enjoys all the time he spends with you. however, he really hopes your fiery personality doesn't cause him to fall into his chaotic state, because he might never recover from the embarrassment.
xiao.
honestly, xiao has no idea how he fell for you. xiao, the vigilant yaksha, a celestial being suffering from centuries of karmic debt weighing upon him, is dating a mortal. and not just any mortal, a chaotic, loud human who is nothing like him. sometimes, xiao believes that he would be cursing the goddess of love if he didn't cherish you with his entire heart. hes just a kuudere ok
both you and xiao are very busy, you have your daily commissions as a member of the adventurer's guild, and xiao has his yaksha duties to fulfill. however, the two of you do make time for each other, and guests at wangshu inn will often gush over the handsome young man with the teal markings and his bubbly s/o conversing happily on the balcony. at least... you're conversing happily, xiao is mainly just staying silent and grunting replies every so often. one time, you actually talked non-stop for what felt like a very long time, and you suddenly noticed xiao wasn't replying. worried you had irritated him, you asked what was wrong, and he seemed to snap out of a stupor before mumbling, "you look so gorgeous when you're talking about what you like." needless to say, you peppered his face with kisses as thanks for his compliment, and if you looked closely, you would be able to see the tips of his ears had turned red.
xiao often ponders how he got through his dull days before meeting you. whereas previously he would spend his time fighting unseen battles and reflecting on his actions and ignoring that one part of him that felt lonely, he now waits eagerly for your return to the inn, although he'd never let you know that. verr goldet once shot him a knowing smile as he hovered anxiously by the door on a day when you came back late, and his pride took a severe hit. but for you, it was worth it. at night, when xiao thought most mortals would be sleeping, you would be pulling him out on midnight adventures, digging for treasure, following seelies, and exploring liyue, holding hands all the while. though xiao wouldn't admit it for the world, he adored these times with you, when it felt like it was just the two of you awake in teyvat, with everyone else oblivious to your joy.
for the life of him xiao cannot understand how you can make plans in a split second and follow them through. he's been alive for millennia, yet he still has yet to acquire this skill. how can you be so bold as to journey into uncharted territory with barely enough supplies to last a week? although xiao remained distant from humanity, he had a basic idea of their needs and beliefs, and hence could not wrap his head around why you were so daring, especially when it was so much easier for you to lose your life. this pressing concern usually manifested itself in xiao keeping an eye on you while you were travelling, so he could be there in the nick of time if you needed help. he had faith in your abilities to defend yourself, but there was no harm in having some extra backup, was there? in the end, it's just a way for him to express how much he truly cares for you, and he secretly hopes you're able to see that.
zhongli.
zhongli has gone by many names, taken many forms, and lived for many, many, years. yet this is the first time he has loved a mere human. rex lapis, morax, the title of geo archon, all those fade into the background when he's with you. your cheeriness distracts him from the more complex things pressuring his mind, and for that he is more grateful than he can ever express in words.
zhongli's natural personality is to be in control of situations, for things to remain composed without being blown out of proportion or made chaotic, for issues to be resolved with restraining contracts. yet here you are, absolutely smashing through his ideals with your existence, and he loves you for it. the two of your personalities meld well together, as he reins you in at times when you get too chaotic, and you help bring out the spontaneity in him and show him a new way to look at problems. zhongli is your rock, an immovable presence unswayed by time, always there to lend a hand and support you throughout your endeavors.
zhongli finds your rambles so interesting, and it isn't out of the ordinary for his eyes to be latched onto your expression with an engrossed look on his face as he devotes himself entirely to what you're saying. whenever you need, he offers you sound advice, entirely well thought out and it's somehow never the wrong thing to do. the two of you talk about everything under the sun, although it usually ends up with you talking the most with him listening while a gentle smile curves his lips. sometimes, he'll unconsciously find himself stroking your hair as you lay in his lap and talk about your day. he blushes slightly, after all our traditional grandpa the ex-archon is unused to this type of bold affection, but will continue doing it if you voice no complaint.
one thing zhongli adores about you is your willingness to try new things, although some times he wonders if you aren't a little too willing... always the first in line at wanmin restaurant when xiangling announces a new dish, or the first adventurer to head to the new sighted ruin, or being intrepid enough to try zhongli's brand new tea blend, zhongli loves it all. it makes you unique, and sets you apart from the rest of liyue, like a glaze lily amidst a field of silk flowers.
even if zhongli frets over you being in danger during your commissions, he knows that you can handle yourself, and will wait eagerly at home once done with his work for the day to hear your new dramatic tales.
