Well, first of all, sorry for taking so long to reply, and second, thanks for checking in.
I think it depends on what you’re going to write really. My AU is pretty Grif-centric at the moment since I’m waiting for season 12 to come out. It’s why I’m reluctant to do too much with the platoon members, as canon is going to dictate how I proceed there.
So, I guess what it comes down to is, if you want to set your fic specifically within my AU, I ask that you stay within the boundaries I’ve set up for it. But if you’re wanting to formulate your own AU (Something that’s similar but different? Kinda like how there’s multiple everyone lives or kings AUs), you’re welcome to do your own thing. Just, make a distinction somewhere.
