Who is at fault in DC? Coaches? Players? Management?
23 starting quarterbacks have come though DC since their last Super Bowl and failed, with many proven head coaches. We have had our fair share of 1st round talent at the helm, even 4 first rounders that the Skins drafted and eventually ruined or sent packing. Is the problem coaching or talent? Or is it team management?

Head Coaches Since the Last Super Bowl:
Joe Gibbs (Last Super Bowl Coach)
Richie Petitbon (Super Bowl Winning Def Coord)
Norv Turner (Super Bowl Winning Off Coord)
Terry Robiskie (successeful lower tier coach since)
Marty Schottenheimer (Multiple runs to the playoffs)
Steve Spurrier (NCAA Championship Coach)
Joe Gibbs (Super Bowl Wining Coach)
Jim Zorn (result of mishandling the coaching position)
Mike Shanahan (Super Bowl Winning Coach)
Jay Gruden (promising coach recruited by many teams)
The problem lies in the management of this team, not in the coaching or the talent. STOP BLAMING THE COACHES AND THE PLAYERS!!! #BlameDanSnyder
