I love this!! When I came to college, I didn't have much technique. Sian Panter prepped me as much as she could for my audition. Then once I was in classes @futurestarmj, @lovemeonce, @castcarlita & Jason Roach gave me so many crash courses to get my technique up. Y'all probably didn't even realize it. @Regrann from @qdadance - Last night, we held a big/little ceremony for our company dancers. This was a very enotional moment for staff and parents. The girls were paired with a "big sister" to help guide, motivate, encourage, uplift and support them through their dance experience...in and out of the studio. At QDA we want our girls to feel loved, comforted, and equipped for success. We are more than just a dance studio, we are a family, and we want that to show on and off the stage!
