Alright I'm gonna write some stuff about the Gods of Beteth
Beteth is the continent created by the Gods
There are 11 kingdoms
Thaies and Thihaer are siblings
Thihaer is the same age as Thaies but keeps the appearance of a child as it helps comfort those she leads to the afterlife
Eerin and Izien are married and Izien is a total so down bad for his wife
Eerin is known to take human form every planting season to help farmers tend their land and bless their fields
Astia and Qebus are married and because of this Solar eclipses are times of great celebration and referred to as The Goddesses Kiss
Ardite is Nonbinary
Dadros is like the fun loving uncle of the group
Shidohr is normally credited with being the god of love but there isn't one
The gods do not control human emotion
Aldona blesses mothers with the inner strength and patience to raise their children with a gentle hand and a firm voice
Xelin once fell deeply in love with a mortal, she died in his arms of a terrible sickness
He secluded himself for many years after that and vowed to never love a human again
Tilleir also fell in love with a mortal once
A blind man named Alimane who only knew the beauty of who Tilleir really was, and not his outwardly beauty
They spent decades together until Alimane died of old age
It rains when Motna cries
It rained a lot at night after his human daughter Rula died
Doone has taken many human lovers in her life and has also been falsely attributed to the god of love
Khisther spends most of his time among the mortals, traveling the continent and blessing people's homes and families
Izien is believed to be the one to give the world alchohol, when in fact it was humanity that shared it with him
As the God of the hunt, Vedall understands the need to kill animals for food, but frowns upon those who for purely sport and will punish those who are unnecessarily cruel to animals
Iqtia is the goddess of war, but she hates when humans fight for unimportant things
She supports those who fight for freedom, love, and equality
