The Qhapaq Qolla dance is one of the main dances of the Cuzco district of Paucartambo, in Peru. According to tradition, the characters represent the merchant from the highlands who came to Paucartambo on holidays to exchange their products. The masks used in this dance have been declared Cultural Heritage of Peru.
