here's a few recent tale of zifa sketches as of late where i'm practicing the use of more texture in my works. first is an illustration concept of qlumar in her "red devil" form, second is a redraw wip from a toz AU of caius confronting occasus about its behavior. the original drawing is from 2020.

qlumar is a divisive figure in zifastory, having been demonized throughout history and then giving into her hatred as a form of revenge. and yet she is still hurting deep down.

caius' personality has changed a lot in zifastory so they're no longer as temperamental from the get-go, and while they're stern, they're still patient and understanding.

Her name is Luna {wip} and she is the Goddess of the Moon.

Before I developed tennis elbow I did a character sheet for one of the protagonists of my project The Tale of Zifa (placeholder name)! This is Qlumar, she's the Goddess of the Moon, Shadow and Reflections.

Qlumar was once a goddess who was vilified by humans due to her misunderstood nature. Angered by this over time, she chose to play the role of villain and become a figure of war known as The Blood Moon or Crimson Moon, but this led to further isolation. She eventually grew tired of this once the anger subsided, and chose to wander the world aimlessly without involving herself in human affairs.

That is, until she comes across a little girl she found in a burned down village. The girl, Zifa, wishes for revenge against those who burned down her village, but Qlumar tries to discourage her from going down a path of hatred, much to Zifa's dismay.
