maybe i should have just included it in the original post but the qmusty narrative to me is not about "creating tension" between will and mack it's about a guy who wants to be in the nhl so so badly and probably would have been called up already if he hadn't gotten concussed earlier in the season or if the barracuda hadnt had horrible injury luck in the latter half. he's a guy who was supposed to have been will's winger, and is now stuck in a go-to-guy-for-mock-trades purgatory where he knows time is ticking when it comes to making the roster. the way he talks about watching will & mack play or not getting called up yet is so painful i would probably die for him. So sorry to mack but this ain't about him
