I do think Charlie is code infected because Gegg was killed by a code, not because of code Flippa
Buuut I’m sure she’s speeding up the process, because she is code, and he’s always hugging her and whatnot
That being said, it may also be aided by the fact that Charlie has shape-shifted in the past (Gegg), so his body is probably more used to change and less resistant to it, unlike others
It probably makes him the literal perfect target, because his form is easier to edit, and he’s very emotionally compromised therefore easier to sway
