This is a bit of a public service announcement for those people who have not purchased stickers from redbubble before but would like to and want to know what to expect before they plunk down their money. I'd like to keep other people from wasting their money like I have on stuff they can't even use. I've tried all of the stickers that redbubble makes aside from the laptop skins. I'm a bit picky about quality because generally speaking I want to use them to make charms or other craft projects.
I suggest you purchase the transparent stickers only. They have a texture to them because they are printed on top of plastic but they are solid seeming and look pretty good all things considered. (examples of these can be seen on the first and second rows). I did order a second version of the glossy sticker in transparent so you can see that here.
The matte and glossy stickers more or less have the same kind of print quality to them. Which is to say sort of grainy and a bit blurry. I only really have one example of this (third row, two shots of the same sticker) because the other ones ended up in the bin after I ordered previously. They look alright at a distance but I would not have paid what they were asking for them if I had known beforehand.
The only other things I can comment on in so far as redbubble are their greeting cards and their poster prints both of which I found acceptable quality.
P.S. That smug expression Aziraphale has tickles me. I love it in ways I can’t articulate properly.
