Hi, there! I was wondering how you keep your images high res when uploading them? I’ve wanted to share my photography on here for a while but can’t seem to get my photos to upload at full quality, especially if they’re in a photo-set. Google hasn’t been much help and I was hoping you’d have some pointers? I hope you’re having a great day!
Hi! Tumblr’s posts (on dashboard view at least) are 540px wide, so I upload my art and photography widths either as 540px,1080px, or 2160px, I’m not sure if the heights make a difference or not. When you go to edit a photo post it seems like they get super low res but once you save it again it should be okay! Make sure you’re uploading them from your computer since the app makes photo posts appear as text posts. I got that information from this post (there’s also a video) which is 2 years old so maybe there’s newer information about this? I’m not sure. But that’s what I’ve been following and it seems to work!Anyone else have any tips? Photographers?
