Worm fanfic where Queen Administrator is curious and so she actually watches humans and experiences Danny's life from behind his eyes and tweaks their connection so they can talk (bc QA absolutely has the permissions to do weird shit) and acts as an eldritch imaginary friend to Danny. Then when Taylor's born Queenie absolutely falls in love and manages to form a crystalline body so she can spend time with Taylor and acts as a big sister figure. She teaches Taylor how to do dimensional fuckery (bc she's part shard or smth? don't come at me w that logic shi) and Taylor ends up as a terrifying bubbly teenager halfway between Taylor in Great Uncle Schimmelhorn's Toolbox and Jester from Critical Role

So, POTENTIALLY MASSIVE WORM SPOILERS BELOW!

Had a thought. There might be another hint that Queen Administrator was rebelling against Scion or trying to do her own thing during the cycle.

It has to do with Aiden Tate (known as Chicken Little during Ward). So, after Leviathan, the Undersiders take over Brockton Bay. Taylor helps start a small orphanage during this time because a lot of kids lost their parents. Aiden is one of these kids and is five at this time.

Aiden suffers from nearly constant nightmares. Sometime during or after the Slaughterhouse Nine go through the bay, Aiden gets a dream about some space whales which stops the nightmares.

This is implied to be when Queen Administrator creates a bud and attaches it to Aiden. Clarification; this was not Aiden's trigger event. Aiden does not trigger for years.

Right after the dream, he draws a picture of what he saw. This drawing is apparently accurate enough that it activates the automatic function in all parahumans that makes them ignore shard business. They can look at the drawing but their eyes will slide off it. They will dismiss it as unimportant unless a non-parahuman keeps pointing it out. The second it leaves their line-of-sight they will forget about it.

Again, Aiden had not triggered at this point. Aiden finally triggers a day before Scion goes on his rampage. His trigger event was an old nightmare he had. A nightmare he hasn't had since he had the dream of the space whales.

I'm viewing this as Queen Administrator being a whistle-blower or trying to draw humanity's attention to the entities. There is no other reason for this to happen unless Aiden randomly is some sort of super human separate from parahumans.
