Describe this character’s mother.

Queen Fleur is a strong-willed woman.  She raises her daughters to be strong-willed women.  She is very lenient with their more creative exploits because she does not want to raise porcelain dolls part of a matched set.  She loves dancing and singing and dressing in Maharn clothing because that was her home.  She loves Marithia and would die for the country, but she is Maharn born and nothing can change that.  With her marriage to King Kye, she brought some Maharn culture with her and there is a very open relationship between the two countries now.  Queen Fleur is leaving a legacy of compassion.
