MY MOM JUST MET KELLI OHARA AND IM CRHING ON MY COHCH
Guys...tonight is the first night that Kelli will perform on stage as A FREAKING TONY AWARD WINNER!!!!!!!!
Kelli O’Hara, Six time Tony Award Nominee, and now Tony Winner! Our Steer Of The Year!
On the Twentieth Century
On The Twentieth Century- What would be your dream musical cast?
Eeep this is a tricky one!! I have people I see in roles but nothing like a whole show; I’ll give you a few of these?
I’d love to see Kelli as Guinevere in Camelot, Colin Firth as Henry Higgens and Laura Osnes as Anastasia
omg i just got the King and I cast recording. Crying. So Beautiful.
Staying up past midnight two days before a huge assignment is due to watch videos of queen kelli and bridges may not be the brightest idea. But gods it's amazing; NO REGRETS.
Hiya! I see you're new and was just wondering how you got into kelli/bridges? Xxx
Haha hi there! So I’ve been pondering how to answer this and it is quite a long story really. I was really into musicals in 2011 and that was all good and fun. Then for about three years I just stopped being interested which is fine. Then just under a year ago I was for some reason looking for a version of don’t cry for me Argentina I liked, because I liked the song but the only version I knew was the Madonna one. Then I found Elena Roger’s version. I fell in love with it, and then ended up watching the tony performance. After that I ended up linked to all the performances from the 2014 tonys. I ended up loving all the shows that performed. One show in the season did not interest me; bridges. I saw the album’s cover art and I thought it just looked like a terrible Mills and Boone style musical. One day, bored before a lecture, I decided to listen to a suggested song from it, one second and a million miles. From the first few notes I was hooked. I remember downloading the whole album and sitting on the bus home, crying three songs in because I had never heard anything like it, and I had never felt so much just through music. After that I just went through all the Kelli music I could find, and I guess I was hooked on that wonderful bunny of Broadway with is taller than you when sitting. So I guess that’s my very long round about way of getting there! Thank you anon! (You are the first anon I’ve had I think <3)
Just looked at the drama desk nominations. WHAT. THE. FLIP. Well that's one way to 100% piss me off. She deserved nomination. Not okay.
