Ingredients 1cup Black Urad dal, whole3 cups water 1tsp salt1/2 cup butter2 and 1/2tsp ginger paste 3 and 1/2tsp garlic paste 1tsp Kashmiri chilli powder 1cup fresh tomato Puree3/4cup fresh cream1/2tsp Garam masala powder Method Wash dal 4 times till you get transparent water.
