Threads of Maybes and Might Have Beens by Queen Nan
They can't fight destiny, but just maybe he's on their side.
An instant classic. Always love a good time travel story, this was such a unique and fun and thoughtful way to do it.

I wish her love were anyone but me.
Fun Fact: When I want a good cry, or I need to let my emotions out, I just read Threads of Maybes and Might Have Beens by Queen Nan. It's easily I one of the greatest Faberry stories to ever be written. It makes me feel all kinds of things all around and really makes me fall for Faberry everytime I read it.

Note: Queen Nan is a brilliant writer and this story is one of my favorites. I love AUs - the more detailed, the better - and Enchanted sets the bar high. The plot is extremely interesting, the new side characters are amazing, and it's just downright insanely good. Definitely check this one out if you're looking for a new fic to read. Warning: may cause addiction and a one-sitting read. It certainly didn't spare me.
Edit: Queen Nan has regrettably decided to leave the Once fandom for an undecided amount of time, possibly forever, because she rightfully puts her mental health first (no one can argue that this fandom is getting more toxic by the day). As such, she's discontinuing her fanfiction. Hopefully, she'll choose to return someday, but if she doesn't, I wish her the best of luck in finding a new passion to love that doesn't bite back.
I'd still recommend reading Enchanted, if it doesn't bother you too much that it's incomplete. It's a great piece of writing.

Some days ago I read the first chapter of Questions of sciences by Queen Nan and I loved it and I loved the idea and I couldn't wait to read more...so much that I sort of come up with a little something. I've gotten the permission to post this, so...here it is. It's set after the events of Chapter 1 so if you hadn't...go read it!
.
They finally managed to excuse themselves to go shower. More like they finally got permission, because those S.H.I.E.L.D. agents wanted answers and they weren’t exactly in the position to refuse them. They couldn’t really give them many answers either, so it had been a dragged out, exhausting affair. They were told that it'd just be a conversation, but it'd actually felt more like an interrogation. Sarah felt like she'd had enough interrogations for the rest of her life. Just like Cosima'd had her fill of examinations; she was sick and tired of being put under the microscope, and yes, she could see the irony, given her own work.
God knows what happens when true love goes wrong, I know what happens. Evil Queens are what happen.
I would gladly have never had her love, if it meant sparing her even a moment of this pain.
