I'm white too, so my opinion my not count -- but only Mei is wearing the original traditional clothes. Take Mercy and Tracer for example: they only have decorations over their usual skin. Whereas Winston, Roadhog & Zenyatta are characters of a chinese fantasy story, so "not in chinese garments" really, just skins inspired by a story. (Reinhardt too if I'm not mistaken?) And I've got no info over Ana and Dva's skins, so I won't say anything on them.
Honestly it’s some of the sprays that I’m not terribly sure about for the most part. From what I’ve seen I think D.Va’s dress is hanbok but like I said I’m not really able to do large amounts of reading about anything right now so I’m not sure. I have no idea about Ana’s. Mostly I just don’t know whether or not it’s generally ok for people who aren’t from countries that celebrate lunar new year celebrations to take part in them.
