Day 8 🤍Do your creations change with your moods? It’s strange to look back at the things I make and see the mindset I was in when creating. This very subtle surface design was created when my mind was overwhelmed and needed to feel calm & quiet beauty. Pondering the glaze on this new honeycomb mug. While I love the refreshing simplicity of this pale translucent yellow I’m not sure it highlights the honeycomb pattern enough. What do think? What would you use this goblet form for? I think I would use this for a couple of different things...I can see a sweet plant trailing over the edges or a tall succulent standing proud or maybe even holding a candle and placed on an altar or in a special place. I’m thinking about a giant version of this for planters in the future. This one will be available in the Saturday 12 o’clock shop update.
