Email the company ASAP about your damaged DVD. I was very courteous about my VIP package even though it was handled poorly and my BVB CD in it was damaged. The company BVB has their merch service through take good care of consumer complaints. They shipped me a brand new BVB4 CD with no charge at all. I cried when I got. I am so sorry it was damaged. Packaging and shipping companies need to be careful with things. :( All my love and wishes to you. <3
