Woke up this morning feeling super grateful. This woman right here…. She’s one of the reasons I can call myself an international cook. Me and the A squad had the privilege of learning from here in different capacities. One thing I love most about her is when I made a mistake, instead of telling me what i did wrong she taught me how to some up with solutions to save my dish… every time! And she always sent me home with a shit ton of food! Thank you chef for all of your inspiration, you patience and your knowledge.
