Words cannot express my fillings for you 😍🥟 Just one semi cool summer day and we are immediately on a dumpling binge 🥟 These are the boiled #pork and #dill #dumplings from local long time favorite #LaoBeiFang in #elmhurst #queensny #nyc and even before they are dressed with chili oil, they are contenders for some of the finest #Chinesedumplings in the borough, the skins are the perfect- not too thin that they break but still have a nice chew to them and the flavor of the filling is nice and bright thanks to the dill, I could easily pop an order of 8 as an afternoon snack and not feel gross. A perfect day for a little soup for lunch 👌🍲 We've been meaning to make it back to @pravue_albanian_grill for a while to try their @nytimes raved soups for awhile, and it did not disappoint. Petey's Burger in Long Island City and Astoria, Queens, serves classic hamburgers that will never go out of style. This juicy, cheesy treat will make you crave burgers no more.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of tomato. 4 pickle slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Ketchup and mustard for condiments.

Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer if desired. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to melt the cheese. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a tomato slice, a cheese-covered patty, chopped onions, and a pickle slice. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients. Serve your classic hamburgers hot and enjoy!
