I read somewhere about the beautiful symbolisms of the #queensgambit tv series and there is this one that really inspired me to create this #artwork . In the beginning of the show Beth is portrayed as a pawn while in the final scenes she is resembling the white queen. Her whole outfit, especially that cute cap/beret she is wearing looks exactly like the head of the queen in chess. I just love the way she evolves through the series✨

Genius and Madness

Have you watched “The queen’s gambit” on Netflix? I’ve just finished this series and drew and painted this artwork ALL AT ONCE. I took this scene from the final episode and it was so much fun to capture her! I saw an article that Anya herself does not think she is beautiful, but at least for me, she is incredibly beautiful. Without her, I guess this drama does not complete.
