De Quervains Update 😖 had the steroid injection this morning and now the anaesthetics wearing off I cant pick anything up or move my wrist AT ALL 😖🤕😖 really really painful... shows how much physio helped as this is as bad as it was when I first had it a year ago... Apparently it will get worse before it gets better over the next few days...
