officially in my third week back at work from parental leave. this also marks 3 weeks of me getting my ass up and at the gym by 5 AM. can’t lie i am incredibly proud of myself for continuing to make this time for myself bc it is def needed.

When one of my friends mentions wanting to get sober and I get to talk about secular, nonjudgmental resources and the importance of support for sober spaces for queer people:
had to reset my sobriety date last week. :/ holding myself accountable fucking sucks but here we are. 8 days sober. trying to give myself grace instead of shaming, like i felt guilty enough to reset my counter but i can’t dwell in that. so here’s to being nicer to myself i guess.
