I think I like English fanfics more than German ones 'cause the shows were made original in English. the characters way of talking is so inside my head (I watch most shows and movies in English) that German just sounds wrong

english is universal so its not personal imo, if i spoke spanish i would love spanish fic because #1 its hell trying to find fic in another language, so its like its a precious special baby

i dont know how to explain it but imagine the whole world spoke german instead of english. and u learnt german since age 8. u r native english speaker tho. the whole business thing runs in german. the internet is basically run in german. n then u read shit in german but but but u r english at heart so u find english fic and its sO weird n u r SO MUCH not used to it and its SO detached from ur usual activities outside the interwebs ???? fuck
