Ingredients: 1 lb white American cheese, cubed. 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup diced green chilies. 1/4 cup diced jalapenos. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined. Once fully melted and combined, switch the slow cooker to 'keep warm' setting. Serve the queso blanco cheese dip warm with tortilla chips or as desired.
