This Slow Cooker Queso recipe is incredibly easy to make and perfect for parties or gatherings. The combination of Velveeta and cheddar cheese with diced tomatoes and green chilies creates a creamy and flavorful dip that pairs perfectly with crispy tortilla chips.
Ingredients: 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Place cubed Velveeta cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, milk, and garlic powder into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Once melted and smooth, switch the slow cooker to the warm setting to keep the queso warm throughout serving. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
