THE BEST DAY YOU HAD LAST WEEK

It took me a while to run the contents of last week through my head because it was all a bit chaotic and busy. I'd have to say Sunday was hands down the best day. We were up super early and packed onto a bus from Victoria to Nottingham with what I can best describe as the cast of BREXIT the musical. We had a good laugh about it, remembered why we never take coaches anymore and promised ourselves that we'd go home by train on the return journey. It'd been a while since I'd been in Nottingham, they had gotten a Taco Bell in the time I'd been away so of course I stuffed down £15 of tacos and spent the afternoon waddling around the shops buying shoes. The afternoon was spent watching Ice Hockey. I found myself turning primal and yelling "FINISH HIM" quite a lot. It was fantastic! We ate dinner by candle light whilst emergency services coaxed a man down from some scaffolding in the town centre. The man was rescued by the time desserts were done and we were released from the restaurant. Genuinely it was the best day because it was a bit of a roller coaster and we laughed the entire way through it. Laughter is one of the best things I have right now.
