reblogging something from a friend who reblogged it from a mutual friend who just reblogged it from you doesnt really matter unless someone points it out on purpose just to be a dick

but reblogging something that all of your mutuals have been reblogging for hours, only to backlog and see that you already reblogged it from anouther source thereby starting the chain... is a strange kind of sadness wherein the fact that you feel almost sort of proud of yourself is in itself a matter of uncomfortable shame and an inexplicable loneliness
