Midoriya, for all his intelligence, isn’t actually all that good at taking care of his home. So Bakugou, who’s been extremely self-sufficient when it comes to cooking and housework, generally is the number one caretaker/up keeper of their home, with Midoriya only helping out by doing the minor chores that Bakugou finds him competent enough for. (Those chores grow smaller every year. For a man who can effortlessly carry injured children from battlefields gently enough that he doesn’t hurt them further, he is a fucking disaster around any type of glass or porcelain. The ugly vases The Hag keeps giving them- the ones Bakugou intentionally instructs Midoriya to dust- are just one example of that.)

Bakugou just fucking wishes that this didn’t give his so-called squad the ammunition they need to tease him about being so fucking secretly soft and caring. He may be an unapologetic bottom, but that doesn't make him a housewife! He's met housewives, Midoriya's mom among them. They're a level of badass that even he, amazing as he is, hasn't quite reached yet. Let him at least reach their level first before you start giving him the credit, fuck.

Or: Bakugou is basically Midoriya's housewife, but he doesn't like people saying that for reasons other than what people assume.
