Here's another for the bingo game, sir topem hat

Apologies for this one taking so long! As well as being, well, uninteresting.

As much as I like getting less appreciated characters in the asks, unfortunately my opinions on them are rather unremarkable.

Sir Topham Hatt is kinda meh to me. I don't really care about him, like I neither like nor dislike him. He's literally just meh.

I don't like how people outside of the fandom characterize him as a complete tyrant. It's funny up to a certain point, but it's also a joke that gets old quickly. At the same time, I don't think he's a saint either. But considering the context of the world these engines live in, he's the best controller they could have asked for.

At the end of the day, I guess I'm just painfully neutral about him. There's no strong feelings either way. I wish I could say something more interesting, but that's about all I've got.
