Ok pet hate of mine recently!

I follow a lot of recipe pages because I am a good enthusiast ™️

It makes my eye twitch when they say

“Here’s a lunch recipe if you really have no energy” or “can’t be bothered” or “quick and simple if you have no time”…

And then proceed to actually cook?

Like if there’s a pan involved it’s already too much

You chopped an onion I’m immediately blocking you

Do these people not understand what an easy quick meal is?!

Maybe it’s the depression food in me but a low energy meal is a jam sandwich and even that is more effort than tortilla chips and maybe an apple

Who has time to cook daily lunch?! Are these people just so at peace in themselves with so much spare energy they make a lunchtime meal everyday?!

Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

cooked in the air fryer , temp : 350 , time : 20ish

ingredients:

brown sugar oatmeal packet

brown sugar

raisins

a little bit of HOT water (just enough to barely wet the oatmeal)

then i put it into the air fryer & pressed the little cake emoji & it brought it to 350 & set for 30 mins , but JT checked them at 20 mins & they were good to go !! 😁

they’re cooling on the stove now , so updates from munchie ideas soon 🤣🤣

Chicken Fried Rice

2 cups long grain rice

3 cups diced chicken

3 ½ cups water

1 package onion soup mix

1 onion, diced

1 can mushrooms

1 cup celery, diced

½ cup oil

½ cup soy sauce

Mix together, put in casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Freezes well.
