Accounts Receivable Graph
The Accounts Receivable Graph displays how much your customer owes you as of today, and how much they owe you for the next 30, 60, 90 and over 90 days. At the bottom, the pie chart will show you the breakdown of what your customers owe you for the current year. The legend on the right side of the pie graph shows the share that each customer shares in the pie. Creating an Accounts Receivable Graph 1. On the main menu, click Reports > Customers Receivables. 2. On the side menu, select Accounts Receivable Graph.

Changing the Date Range for the Accounts Receivable report
1. On the upper left hand corner of the A/R report, click on “Dates.”
2. Enter the date value that you want to start the aging bar graph.
Note, though, that even if you change the date range for the A/R report, the pie chart values will remain the same.
