𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓, 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐉𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐀 𝐊𝐄𝐘. although she’d never admit it, she could see why her & wally decided to settle down in this cute neighborhood. it was calming, the people that lived here were all kind & welcoming, it was safe. she wondered when it would be her sister’s turn to actually settle down & start a family of her own. with lian wrapped tightly in one of jade’s arms, her other twisting the key into the knob, she entered the house to see brucely wide awake. he leapt off the couch, barking viciously at her until he sniffed at her shoes for a few seconds. jade rolled her eyes. that dog just didn’t like her, did he? must know that jade herself wasn’t much of a dog person.
lian was somehow still fast asleep, which would make leaving her here a lot easier. she expected to see her sister enter, but instead was greeted by her longtime boyfriend. he wasn’t the biggest fan of jade, but he accepted her for artemis’ sake. how cute they were. jade actually was looking forward to having a new brother figure in the next years or so. she smirked, placing her infant daughter in the crib artemis ( or maybe wally did it himself ) set out for her.
