The beloved, classic comic strip character, Mafalda, was written by Argentinian cartoonist, Joaquin Salvador Lavado. The comic strip ran from 1964 to 1973. Malfalda was a six year old child who was aware of her sourroundings and had a big heart, always caring for others.
