About
Motivation
I was have been motivated to do home workouts for a while. Going to the gym just doesn't make sense to me in a time, finance way.I was further motivated by bodyrock.tv
Constraints
The constraint is that I live on wooden floorboards and really want to do these workouts at home (or wherever I happen to be) So really I need a Quiet Body Rock workout, so that's what I'm after.
Any exercises I find that are quiet will be tagged indoor. When I'm fitter I might start doing exercises outdoors, but really I love the purified air conditioned air in here (I live in the tropics).
