Martyr by Quiet2885 https://m.fanfiction.net/s/5021454/1/Martyr This has been on my reading list for a looooong time and I started it yesterday and stayed up until 2 AM finishing it because I couldn't stop reading. I'm not super in love with the characterization, but the story is extremely engaging and keeps you on edge, wondering what happens next. It is rather angsty, and it brings up a lot of questions regarding morality. This is one of the few stories in which I genuinely had a hard time accepting the fact that Christine chose Erik over Raoul....because frankly, this fic does him so dirty. This Erik is one of the most unique I've ever read, he has this huge sense of humor and that was pretty jarring to read. However, the humor actually fits him quite well and it is believable. So yes, in case anyone hasn't read it, check it out!
