Ingrid’s voice rang loud and clear through the laughter and cheerful chatting all around and soon she caught up with the Norwegian who looked to be a little lost. With a wide smile and hands holding her skirts up so she could run up to him much easier.         “    Come dance with me! They’re about to start another, a Västgötapolska, please join me! It’s been such a long time since we danced…and I know you know this one! ”

“Don’t be silly, of course I had to, birthdays are a big deal. Even for people like us.“ there’s a bit of a laugh to her words when she says that. “But you don’t look a day over a hundred, impressive~“

With that however she will step inside, giving a small nod before the words leave her mouth. “I won’t say no to a drink, that would be absolutely love please. I could, serve up some cake in that case, right off the bat?”

“The Holidays are coming up and I was hoping to have a family dinner. Although, I haven’t really spoken to everyone much lately, so I’m not sure if they’re busy or not.” 

“Maybe I could bribe everyone by cooking their favourite!” He nudged his brother's shoulder, giving him a huge grin of pure amusement. Dan really shouldn’t find luring his family out with home cooking this comical. “Speaking of which, if I did what would Sigurd want hmm~?”
