Quinn’s reaction to Valor getting all poofed after her charging her Statikk Shiv. This all started because I was curious how someone charged the Shiv and all I could think was someone shuffling their feet on a carpet just before a teamfight and their teammates being like “wat? nub.” And so when I was deciding what champs to feature, I remembered Quinn and how I rarely see her in art or gameplay, so I made this lol.
